Cost for Services

 

Our fees will be discussed when the initial appointment is scheduled. Payment is due before each session when services are rendered. Daytime and evening appointments are available.

 

Reduced Fees for Churches

Churches can support counseling for their members with assistance for counseling fees. In addition, we offer reduced fees to church members.

 

Insurance

Living Hope Counseling Service, Inc., is out of network with all insurance companies. Please check with your insurance company on how to get reimbursement for sessions with licensed counselors. Insurance companies will ask you for the billing codes (also called CPT codes) for your sessions. The code for the first session with a counselor is 90791. The code for the additional sessions is 90834.
